Ergonomics Redux?

For those veterans of the battle of the far-reaching -- OK, let's say, "overreaching" - ergonomics regulation during the waning days of the Clinton Administration, here's this from McClatchy news: "Labor's revival could reignite fight over ergonomics."
Let's hope the Obama Administration is smarter about this than the Clintonites were. Stay tuned, should,be interesting. This battle could make the fight over the "card check" bill look like child's play.
