In "'Foreign' is Not a Dirty Word," OFII's president & CEO, Todd Malan opined in the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette on a topic near and dear to our hearts -- ensuring non-discrimation for U.S. subsidiaries. The issue, one being heavily debated in Pennsylvania, is whether foriegn headquartered companies should be allowed to bid on a lease for the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
