Comment Policy
1. Who can leave comments on Biz Central?Anyone can leave a comment on this blog as long as it isn't abusive or use excessive profanity.
2. Do you censor comments?
Each individual blogger will review and approve the comments on their blog. None of the bloggers will tolerate profane or abusive comments.
3. Can I comment anonymously?
Yes. When you create your username, choose one that's unrelated to your real identity. We do ask for an e-mail address so we can e-mail a new password in case you forget it. If this worries you, or to preserve your anonymity, use an anonymous Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail account.
4. Why am I blocked from commenting on Biz Central?
A comment can be blocked for the following reasons:
a. A comment is abusive, off-topic, excessively self-promotional, obnoxious or uses excessive foul language.
b. If a commenter has previously posted comments that are abusive, off-topic, or used excessive foul language, a Biz Central moderator may decide to ban the commentator's IP address. This means the abusive commenter is banned from commenting on the site in the future, even if the later comments are not abusive.
c. If a commenter shares a computer or IP address with someone who has written abusive comments, it could result in a comment being blocked even if the commenter has never posted anything abusive. In the future, we plan on introducing a user log-in feature that will help mitigate this sort of situation.
5. Can I include HTML in my comments?
We remove all html from comments to preserve formatting consistency.
6. Can I include a link in my comment?
If you include a URL in you comment, it will be converted to a link.
