Change - Let's support all American workers

Change is the word of the day, and it aptly reflects how we are all feeling. Change is all around us, in technology, in the way we learn, in the way we take in information. How about an idea that promotes real change?
American workers have been buffeted by the winds of change and Business Roundtable has an idea to help them cope with competition.
We would like Congress to review the over $5 billion, yes that's with a B for Billion, dollars that are now spent on programs supposedly designed to help displaced workers. We need -- not dozens of programs - to retrain and help workers find jobs - we need one program that is a one-stop shop. Workers should be able to get help even if their job loss had nothing to do with trade.
